Hello everyone! I hope everyone is having a wonderful week so far. I know I am. I had the opportunity to go on a short fishing trip. It was about..umm..20 minutes long. We had no idea we needed to have a fishing license. Call us amateurs, but we truly had no idea.
The amount of time did not stop me from taking some pictures. It might of been a short trip, but I had the opportunity to capture some beautiful memories nonetheless. I learned a new lesson today: Just because our day does not turn out as expected, it does not mean we can't smile and enjoy it for what it is.
Even though our plans changed, I have to say that I enjoyed every minute we spent there. It was something new, and I was amongst family which made it even better.
Always remember to find joy in all you do or in all that happens. If you spend your time wallowing about how things didn't turn out as planned, you might just miss out on some enjoyable moments.
The water there was green! I must admit that I would not jump in. I don't know about you guys, but I don't trust green water. It was still pretty though. It reminded me of the lake I saw in New york in Central park, which is also green.
I suppose next time we will be prepared to take a longer fishing trip. Until next time.
